    "Aquila 52" is a new structure with three independent studios located between the Esquilino and Pigneto neighborhoods. The studios are located within an apartment in a classic, vintage building on Via L'Aquila 52 int. 9, 3rd floor. Parking is available 120 meters from the house for non-gas-powered cars. The apartment includes an entrance hall with cloakroom and washing machine and three independent studios, all with kitchenette and private bathroom. The studios are equipped with new furniture and elegant fittings. The beds are comfortable in the sense that both the mattresses (new) and the frames are sturdy and firm. The larger studio is equipped with a double bed, the others are equipped as follows: one with a larger single bed and a twin bed, the other with two comfortable twin beds. Downstairs there are many shops including a coffee bar, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a perfumery, a multiplex cinema, and a quaint little market. The latter, located in the pedestrian zone of the neighborhood, comes alive in the evening with students who attend classes nearby. The most popular venues are the characteristic Bar Necci (Via Fanfulla from Lodi) whose garden hosts numerous artists including musicians, writers, poets, actors and directors and the Circolo degli Artisti, and serves as a lively meeting place where there are also live concerts and where the entrance to the garden is free. Termini station is approximately a dozen stops away, and to get there you can choose between 3 lines. Also, to visit the historical center of Rome, there are three direct frequent lines which can be reached in 10 minutes. The area is adjacent to San Giovanni and Porta Maggiore and for those that wish to stay out late, there are two night lines.

    • Cancellations: To book, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. The notice published on the website Bedandbreakfast.com and correspondence exchanged between the parties serves as a contract. To cancel your booking you must submit your cancellation via mail that should reach the post office box at least 15 days prior to arrival. The refund takes place only by bank transfer, bank charges deducted. In case of cancellation received outside the time limits and in the case of occupation by the other guests will be proportionally returned the deposit paid.
