Roccafluvione's only Bed & Breakfast offers gracious service and a bit of the old with the new. Located in the quaint village of Roccafluvione (pop. 2000) only 15 minutes from Ascoli Piceno, Villa Filetta is walking distance to everything in the village. Fully modernized with spacious rooms and bathrooms, including hairdryers, this former convent is the most comfortable place to stay in the area.

Roccafluvione and Ascoli Piceno are located next to Italy's national park. The village of Roccafluvione received its name by the ancient formation of a rocky bridge which naturally formed over the river, which flows well below the village's level. It is a special place where families pride in their homemade organic wines and private gardens, and proprietor Antonio will show you his wine cellar and a taste as well. His wife Settimia bakes up some tempting sweets for breakfast, which everyone enjoys in her modern kitchen.

Walk to the old part of the village, where the buildings on winding roads are all made of stone and hundreds of years old. The little church is so small that many congregants stand outside for Sunday services. It is an exceptional experience in Italy's interior, the true "old country". Friendly, helpful people.
