The Alla Marina Guest House occupies a building dating back to the mid-13th century, placed directly on the beach at Riomaggiore, one of the villages of the Cinque Terre. The modern rooms have free Wi-Fi. Characterised by modern décor and white parquet floors, the rooms are equipped with a wall-mounted LCD TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The guests also have private parking. Completely renewed in 2011, the family-run establishment at the Marina lies in a pedestrian zone at 3 minutes walk from the train station of Riomaggiore.

I stayed in room 3 with a friend in October 2012. The location was perfect and the room had three windows with view of the harbor. Sandro met us at the train station and showed us the quickest way to our room. During the walk he provided us with lots of tips and recommendations for restaurants, etc. He speaks English fairly and is very friendly. The room and beautiful bathroom was very clean. We both would stay there again and recommend this place highly. The price was also very reasonable. Overall - it was a great experience to stay with Sandro. Gisela California
