  • The BED & BREAKFAST VILLA AL MARE is located on the first floor of a House of six floors with lift (pictured is visible in the upper left corner), in Via Pastrengo, 59-Porto Recanati (MC). From here, in just 3 minutes walk you arrive at the beach, or in square or at the Arena of the Swabian Castle, and with 2 minutes longer, always walk to the train station.

    OPENING SOON (SCHEDULED for 25 MARCH 2013) The structure, completely family owned and operated, is housed in an apartment of 100 sqm. located on the first floor (with lift) of a six-story condominium. It has two large bedrooms (one double and one single/double/triple/quadruple), with shared bathroom, air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with double sink, double wc, bidet, shower and washing machine. At our guests ' disposal there is also a garage, a parking space reserved on condominium courtyard and some bicycles. The Bed and Breakfast & is located 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the main square and the Arena of the Castle (Piazza Brancondi, pictured above, with the Swabian Castle in the background) and 400 metres from the train station. Every Sunday afternoon and summer evenings, the underlying Street is closed to traffic, and, along the waterfront and the old town becomes a single pedestrian area. Even without the pedestrian, however, the same way is crossed by a bike path that connects the northern area of Porto Recanati with the main square and the waterfront, perpetually. The motorway is only 2, 5 km. The nearest airport is that of Ancona-Falconara, which is about 40 km. While the porto Civitanova Marche Ancona's ne and are about 15 and 30 respectively. On request, and with a small contribution by way of reimbursement of expenses, we offer escort service from/to the airport, port or railway station, both in Porto Recanati and Civitanova Marche and Ancona. The municipality of Porto Recanati (insignìto years of blue flag) is bounded by the municipality of Loreto (famous for its Marian shrine) and the municipality of Recanati (famous for being the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi and Beniamino Gigli). Approximately 15 km. North, by contrast, can be seen along the coast of the Monte Conero, a promontory overlooking the sea.
