Rajah is a 17th century Manor House of the ancient House Breschi, restructuring in respect of rural style of Pistoia, is taking care of the smallest details and were born five room apartments equipped with living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, furnished with the passion and the profound respect of peasant life. The wine is 100% natural, spontaneous fermentation with yeast without the use of tannins or sulfites and is harvested carefully by hand for cluster cluster. All stages of grape processing since its collection are made strictly respecting the country tradition, without any alteration of the natural processes.
