The Villa is in olive groves overlooking Piombino, Mediterranean Sea and the Islands. Piombino is centrally located on the "Etruscan Coast" and within easy access to places such as Pisa, Florence, Siena and many medieval villages. Within 15 minutes drive from the Villa you can visit, Etruscan tombs, wine & olive oil producers,many beaches plus many fine restaurants where you can enjoy the "Tastes of Tuscany" The Property:- The Villa which is in olive groves is about 390 sqm and has gorgeous gardens with views across the Mediterranean to Elba. There is four enchanting bedrooms in the main Villa and a small Studio Apartment at the rear. There is a number of quiet places where you can relax, take in the sun and continplate your next adventure in the area. Private car parking is available for guests.

From Rome Fumincino airport travel north towards Grosseto on the Autostrata A14 then the Superstrada SS1. About 35-40 minutes north of Grosseto heading towards Livorno you will come to exits to Piombino, take this exit. The trip from the airport to the Villa is approximatly two and a half hours. From Pisa airport you follow the signs to Livorno keeping a look out for the signs to Grosseto. From the airport take the autostrata to the toll then on to the Superstrada SS1 heading south keeping a look out for the exit to Piombino after you pass San Vincenzo. The trip from Pisa to Piombino is approximatly 75 minutes.
