Villa Marinotti is half an hour's drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo, precisely between Cortina and Sappada. 50 m away passes one of the most beautiful cycle paths of Italy!
We also have a small playground!
From the balconies of Villa Marinotti, panoramic view of Tai di Cadore, Pieve di Cadore and the Dolomites surrounding us!
Villa Marinotti has its large garden of two wooden chalets and a hut. The hut consists of double bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The heating is autonomous.
Lake Central Cadore located a minute away from Villa Marinotti!
In the Villa are available suites composed of multiple rooms with bathroom.
Villa marinotti is located in the heart of the Dolomites, halfway between Cortina and Sappada. Even the Alta Pusteria and is reachable in about forty-five minutes away by car.

Interest and curiosity: The palazzo della Magnifica Comunità with the archaeological museum, the casa natale di Tiziano Vecellio, the Arcidiaconale Church of s. Maria Nascente and the Museum of glasses are the fundamental points of the cultural route, along with the natural beauty of its landscape and the hospitality of the inhabitants. Sports: for sports enthusiasts we at 50 mt. the bike path that connects Cortina-Dobbiaco Cortina on the former site of the railroad, also excellent for simple walks and trekking of every type. Furthermore the Cadore and is home to a wonderful fishing dock, renowned worldwide:./cadorepesca.
