Set on a hill in Versilia, the coastal area of Tuscany, at about one mile from Pietrasanta, an ancient art center, Il Poggio Fiorito is only 15 miles away from Lucca and Pisa and 55 miles away from Florence. Placed in an area of woods and olive groves, with a stunning view of the coast and surrounded by a lovely Mediterranea garden,it is an oasis of peace. Our guests have been calling it a small paradise, where they enjoy coming back to after a busy day spent sight seeing and relax at the pool or watch the colors of the sunset, while sipping a glass of wine. WE offer three comfortable, elegantly furnished rooms in a true Tuscan style country house, with open beam ceilings and "cotto" floors. All rooms have a view. Private bath, air conditioning,a rich breakfast, and swimming pool are other features. Please check our webside for our services. Beaches are 3 miles away. Pietrasanta and the beach towns have excellent restaurants, elegant boutiques and lively cafés.

Accueil chaleureux de Bruna et Kim, l'adorable chien. Liberté et confort avec piscine, détente et bon petit déjeuner dans un lieu à l'abris de la foule mais pourtant à quelques minutes à peine de Pietrasanta. Propriétaire serviable et attentionnée, parle quatre langues aisément. Prix raisonnables.

Directions to property:
From Pietrasanta's Via Sarzanese, take Via Valdicastello Carducci. After about 1 mile turn right on Via Regnalla. After the first curve, turn right on Via Orticeto. At about 60 feet, turn right on a private, paved road, going uphill. After about 600 feet you will arrive in front of my gate. You will find signs for the Poggio Fiorito. KLook also at the map on the website.

Directions to property:
From Airport go on Highway (autostrada) A11, a tollroad. Take exit Viareggio/Camaiore. Follow signs for Camaiore, then for Pietrasanta. At the first light turn right on Sarzandese Road direction Pietrasanta. You will first cross Capezzano Pianore. Pietrasanta will come next. You will not enter the town. As you reach the cemetry, on the Sarzanese Road, turn right on Via Valdicastello Carducci. Then follow directions to property.
