The flat is made up of a living room with cooking area and spacious balcony, double bedroom with extra single bed and balcony, large bathrom with bath and has independent central-heating. The living room is at the deposal of guests throughout the day. Free parking in the parcking area bellow the flats. The guest flat is in part of a small block of flats, recently constructed, situated in a pleasant position on a quet, shady hillside and includes an area equipped as a children’s playground. Area Perugia Football-Stadium - Città della Domenica B&B “FREETIME” is located in Ferro di Cavallo, Perugia – on the road leading to the “Città della Domenica”, a well-known animal park and play-park for children. The building of recent construction, is located in a quiet, residential area, with panoramic wiew and is immersed in greenery. The flat, on the first floor, is independent and provided with a lift. The town centre can be reached by public transport in about 15/20 minutes; sports grounds are within 10 minutes’ walking distance; the railway station is a 10 minutes ride away by bus; the link-road to the A/1 motorway is about 800 metres away.
