    B&B La Perotta is a renovated independent country house located in the hills not far from the city of Perugia. The area, known as San Marco- Conservoni, is just 7 km from the historic center of Perugia. Located in the green heart of Umbria, it has a swimming pool and a large garden with fence. There are three comfortable apartments. (double-bed, cooking facilities and bathroom with shower, with direct access to the garden with table and chairs). Not far from the B&B La Perotta one can visit the Museo delle Acque and go for walks and bicycle rides among the surrounding woods. The bicycles are freely available to guests.
