    Villa Maria B&B is a modern structure, planned for the guest and their privacy. Situated on a 1600 sq.mt. lot with a view of Mt. Conero, Villa Maria offers private parking inside the property and a large patio for breakfast and relax. The breakfast room is spacious and has a covered balcony with a view of the garden. Three rooms: the Junior, the Family and the Queen, modernly furnished, each with private bath, air conditioning, LCD TV, SKY, minibar with espresso machine, telephone and internet wifi connection. The Terrace apartment is a 90 sq.mt. suite with a large terrace that has a view of Mt. Conero. It has two king size bedrooms, kitchen, espresso machine, washing machine, living area, LCD TV, SKY, internet wifi connection and telephone. Special care is taken in service and cleanliness. The breakfast menu is made of pastries from local pastry shops and includes fruit, yogurt, cereals, jams and juices. There is also available an international standard billiards table for our guests at request.
