Villa Maria B&B is a modern structure, planned for the guest and their privacy.
Situated on a 1600 sq.mt. lot with a view of Mt. Conero, Villa Maria offers private parking inside the property and a large patio for breakfast and relax.
The breakfast room is spacious and has a covered balcony with a view of the garden. Three rooms: the Junior, the Family and the Queen, modernly furnished, each with private bath, air conditioning, LCD TV, SKY, minibar with espresso machine, telephone and internet wifi connection.
The Terrace apartment is a 90 sq.mt. suite with a large terrace that has a view of Mt. Conero. It has two king size bedrooms, kitchen, espresso machine, washing machine, living area, LCD TV, SKY, internet wifi connection and telephone. Special care is taken in service and cleanliness.
The breakfast menu is made of pastries from local pastry shops and includes fruit, yogurt, cereals, jams and juices.
There is also available an international standard billiards table for our guests at request.

  Terrace Apartment:
  Elegant 2 bedroom apartment of 90 sq. meters on the top floor. Completely and newly furnished with 2 king bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower, large terrace with patio furniture. The apartment also includes a LCD TV with satellite channels SKY, air conditioning, telephone, wifi internet connection and washing machine.
  The apartment comes furnished with 1 set of linens a week and all cleaning supplies you may need. It is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. If needed, there is room for 1-2 more people using the sofa bed.
  A cleaning service and the breakfast buffet may be requested at an additional cost.
