La struttura è situata in posizione centralissima, tra migliaia di presepi. I fratelli de Vivo sono solari e disponibilissimi, degni rappresentanti della giovialità napoletana. Tutti i principali monumenti e servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi (Duomo, piazza Plebiscito e Palazzo reale, Napoli sotterranea, l'incantevole piazza Bellini, galleria Umberto I, i quartieri Spagnoli, la stazione, la funicolare...). la colazione è abbondante e ipercalorica. il nostro soggiorno è stato letteralmente perfetto, grazie Vincenzo!
