In the heart of the historical Naples (called Spaccanapoli) 10 mt from St. Domenico Maggiore Square and 70 mt from the famous St. Chiara monastery, the Residence offers smart studios, just renovated, with independent entrances in an historical building of the 16th century.

All the studios have similar features: 60 sqm, vaulted roof, wholly furnished with floor done in parquet and Neapolitan terracotta tiles, American style kitchen and restroom with shower.

Each studio is for 2-4 people and is equipped with: 2 Sofa beds (double bed), a Restroom with shower, Air conditioning cool/warm and a TV.

The kitchens are all equipped with cooking stove, microwave, fridge freezer and cooking utensils.
