A nice B&B with a familiar atmosphere, in a nice villa on 14000sm of park, entirely coltivated to fruit trees. Breakfast is served fron 7am to 11am. Cakes are made with products from the garden. A shuttle service to Lecce, to the University, to the railway station and to the terminal of the airport shuttle bus is provided. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Large patios can be used in the summer, a pinewood area is equipped with games and relax areas, nice fireplaces are always used in the winter, to read, relax, play society games. Animals are gladly admitted. B&B Il gelso is a gay friendly property.

COMING BY TRAIN OR AIRPLANE: Shuttle service to railway station or to the terminal for the airport shuttle bus COMING BY CAR: - The best way to reach us, both coming from the north and from the south, is to take the ''tangenziale'', that is divided in two segments called ''est and west tangenziale''. These to criccular segments merge together formin a circle surrounding lecce. Exit at the ''Monteroni-Università'' exit and follow the directions to Monteroni. You will pass the University roundabout, and keep going straight. When you arrive to Monteroni, take the very first road to your left (Via Martiri di via Fani), and go straight till you reach a no entry signal. Make a left and enter ''Giovanni Mocavero Square''. Opposite to the entrance road, you find a small road, called Strada Comunale Sant'Oronzo. After 300 meters you'll arrive to our villa, the first villa to your left.
