The Agritourism Podere Fontecastello thanks to its strategic position, just 500 meters from the old town centre of Montepulciano but at the same time on the open countryside, situated in a very green and quiet area surrounded by olive trees and vineyard typical of the Tuscany region is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, to be in touch with the nature and to visit a lot of villages, countries and city of the Tuscany and Umbria. The Agritourism originated from an ancient stone farmhouse, recently reconstructed is composed of apartments of different sizes from 2 till 5 people. Each apartment has a private entry and independent heating system. All the apartments are furnished in the old country style typical of the Tuscany and equipped with all the comforts. The Agritourism with a run-family business is open all year. We offer our guests a new , nice and ecological swimming pool, whirpool, a large outside space, garden with tables, chairs to eat on the open air, barbecue, Tv sat and free Wifi connection. Thanks to its central position it is possible to do different things, from the mountain bike to play tennis, thermal and beauty treatments or new sensorial therme, excursion in the near Valdorcia and visit of the more famous cities and villages of Umbria and Tuscany like for example Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Siena, San Gimignano, Assisi, Cortona and Trsimeno Lake. We will try to satisfy each request of our guests and advise you on excursion, restaurants and cultural visits.

It is very easy to reach Podere Fontecastello from the Motorway A1 Florence –Rome. Exit Chiusi-Chianciano Terme for all the people coming from Rome. Following direction to Chianciano Terme and then to Montepulciano. Exit Betolle – Val Di Chiana for all the people coming from Florence. Following direction to Torrita and then to Montepulciano. When you are in Montepulciano arrive at the bus station and follow the small street going down on the right side for about 400 meters.
