Here on the Venice mainland we have the ideal property for you to rent, located just 20 minutes by local transport from the centre of Venice in a quiet residential area. The house has been very recently refurbished in soft neutral colour's creating a relaxing space.
The property features a large modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self catering and there is also a pleasant courtyard with garden furniture for alfresco dining, somewhere to relax after a long day sightseeing. If you don't wish to cook, don't worry there are plenty of restaurants nearby or why not just call for pizza!
There are two tasteful en suite bedrooms, each can accommodate a large double bed or if prefered they can be split into two singles, also, one of the bedrooms has an additional sofa bed. Each en suite bathroom contains a modern walk in shower unit.
The property would ideally suit two couples or a family of four/five/ six/seven.

Cancellation by the client will only be accepted in written form. With a notice of at least 15 days prior to the arrival date Da Irene will only keep the advancce payment, i.e. 20% of the total rental price. Should the client cancel with a shorter notice, Da Irene will keep the following percentage: from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival : 75% of the total rental price; from 4 to the day before the arrival: 90%; non- arrival: 90%. The client won’t be eligible to any refund in case of voluntary interruption of the stay and following anticipated departure. - Accepted by the following agencies:
