From the East ringroad of Lecce folow exit 9B (Melendugno, Vernole, Merine). Enter the town of Melendugno from "Via Cavour" and go always straight until you reach a traffic light. At the traffic light turn on the right and go straight for about 200m. Turn on the first road on your left "Via San Nicola" and go straight for about 200m. Then turno on your left and you will be in "Piazza della Costituzione". SalenTime is just in front of you.
