It is hidden in a garden of 6000 meters square, with century-old trees and still preserves its original nineteenth-century-furniture. It lies in a typically rural surrounding, five kilometers from Conegliano and two from the motorway Venice-Belluno. An archway connects the inside of the building with the garden, in the outer part of which there is a swimming pool.

The rooms are big and comfortable, and have still their original furniture. The bathrooms are outside the bedrooms.
