Magnolia apartment located in the heart of Villa Guinigi & Borgo has comfortable 2 bedrooms 1 full baths accommodating 4 persons with a master bedroom queen bed and second bedroom with 2 twin beds convertible to king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The living salon is equipped with satellite TV & cable, & Internet connection. The property includes an outdoor pool and indoor spa, indoor pool & fitness center with 15 acres of beautiful gardens, walking paths, walled & gated with 24 hour security and reception. Walking distance to restaurants, food & beverage market, and village of Matraia. A short drive to Marlia with coffee shops, bakery, church, & markets. You will not want to leave once inside the stone walls of the villa and Magnolia apartment. Welcome guests to Magnolia Apartment.

I am a resident of Washington DC and fell in love with the Villa Guinigi while being renovated in 2005/6. There is a personal reception on site that will meet and greet and make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit and can organize reservations for in any venue, restaurants, and daily trips.
