B&B Casa Pini offers 3 doublerooms (one twinbedded) with possibility to add an extra bed or baby bed. There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) shareable or reaservable (10 Euro/day). Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or in the garden on request. Living room area with tv-sat. Large and sunny garden with table, chairs and deckchairs. Parking in the private road in front of the house. Casa Pini is the ideal starting point for boat trips (Bellagio ad Varenna are reacheable in 10/15 minutes), villa and garden tours (Carlotta, Balbianello, Melzi, Serbelloni and Monastero are at few minutes boat, car or bus away) and several walking paths, in the mountain side, with stunning views.

From Milano, take Como nord exit, go direction Menaggio, for about 20 miles. Once in Cadenabbia, turn left after Hotel Britannia, follow the road till the centre of Griante, at the crossroad go left, the road before the Inn or after is Via Brentano, look for number 12/F.
From Lugano (CH), follow signs direction St. Moritz-Gandria, pass the border, go staight till Menaggio, about 14 miles, from Menaggio go direction Como for about 1 mile and then right at the first road. From Chiavenna, Sondrio, St. Moritz go direction Menaggio/Como. - Nearest major airport: Milan, Italy (MXP-Malpensa)
