    Located on the 1st floor of a noble palace of the Florentine 1400 it has been restructured in April 2007. It´s the ideal place if you want to find courtesy, cleanness in a very central location at the best price. A few minutes from: - “Duomo” (Cathedral): 1 min. walking - “Accademia” – David di Michelangelo: 5 min. walking - “Galleria degli Uffizi”: 5 min. walking - “Ponte Vecchio”: 5 min. walking - Church “Santa Maria Novella”: 3 min. walking - Church “Santa Croce”: 10 min. walking. - “Palazzo Pitti e giardini di Boboli”: 15 min. walking - “Fortezza da Baso”: 10 min. walking - “Palazzo dei Congressi”: 5 min. walking And 5 min. walking from the train station “Santa Maria Novella”, tourist bus stops. Our rooms are different sizes, but all of them have their own air condition, private bathroom with shower, TV and linen (everything it´s included in the price). If you come by car we have an agreement with a parking near of us (150 m.) at 25€/day.

    Charming

    Everything was good, nothing more nothing less.Perfect central position,also near to the railway station.The room and bathroom was clean and the room had the appropriate space.A little bit difficult to communicate in English...we didn't speak Italian and they didn't speak English!Polite and friendly although!We wil go to Florence again...that's for sure,and we are going to stay here again!Thank you

    • Deposit Amount Required: No advance payment is demanded in case of reservation with credit card. Otherwise it is required a prepayment of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or postal money order.

    • Cancellations: If notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmation: - +30 Days before requested arrival date- There is a 5% administration and banking charge - 30 - 15 days prior to check in - Two nights penalty plus handling fee (5%) will be charged - 15 days (or less) prior to check in - No refund will be made Amendments need to be made no less then 18 business days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly). We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side. No refunds on early check outs. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

      By train From “Santa Maria Novella” train station walk directly to Via Panzani and continue Via de´ Cerretani until you find us at the number 1 (black). Time walking 5 min. By car Coming from the north exit of Florence highway, that is the nearest, from Pisa and from highways A1 Bologna-Milano and A11 Lucca-Genova, exit at Firenze Nod and follow directions to the Center and then to Stazione-Fortezza da Basso. When you arrive at the center you must find a parking near to the train station, because the center of the town is limited traffic zone.
