B&B Boutique a place where you can take a rest and enjoy wonderful food!!!
In the centre of Florence very near to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, in Oltrarno quarter, in a typical Florentine house of the sixteenth century. It has 2 delicious quite bedrooms, with private toilet, furnished with good taste and very comfortable.
Before the two bedrooms there is a little living-room, illuminated through a skylight, where guests can read, consult internet or taste good wine.
In the ancient kitchen there is the Culinary Art Laboratory where the Chef prepares marvellous dinners for the B&B guests, but also for all the people who would like to taste delicious things.
The breakfasts, that are served in the main living-room looking on to the Boboli Garden and that are cheered up by a background music, will let you start your day in the best way.
We prepare, on request, breakfasts and dinners for vegetarians, diabetics and for people with gluten intolerance.

Via Romana 28 WE SUGGEST GET A TAXI With train you arrive in Florence at Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Train Station take bus number 11 direction Porta Romana or by walk We suggest you to don't use a car to arrive in Florence and visit the city, all center is closed at traffic! and it's is permitted only at italian resident! - Nearest major airport: Florence, Italy (FLR-Peretola) 10 miles

With airplane you arrive in Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci". The best way for B&B is a TAXI (the cost around 25/28 Euros) from here it's necessary arrive in front of central train station S. Maria Novella with ATAF Bus after change bus and take the number 11

A final costing will be provided to you, when all details have been obtained, prior to confirmation of your booking.
Before a booking is made, all details will be read back to you. Once you have confirmed these details, we will proceed to confirm the booking with the Principal. Upon receipt of your documents, please check thoroughly that all names, dates etc are correct. Please ensure that all the names given are the same as in the relevant passport.
If the guest communicates the failure to arrive between 40-15 days before the stayng, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied. If the guest communicates the failure to arrive within 15 days and before 3 days the stayng, a cancellation fee of 70% will be applied, within 3 days the cancellation fee will be of 90%. If the guest fails to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.
