Claudio is a great host and his staff is also great, including his mom. we originally booked two nights but loved it so much we went back for three more nights and Claudio was kind enough to find a way to accomodate us on short notice. Rooms are fabulous and convenient to everything. You might find rooms in Florence for less but not with this kind of value !

Without any doubt, this has been one of our most pleasant stays in a hotel or b&b. Since the day I booked our stay, Claudio was more than helpful letting us know how to get a parking space for our car, staying in contact by email to check how we were doing on our trip and greeting us before we even got there. When we got there he invited us a coffee and explained us all we could do in the time we had planned to stay in Florence. The room we stayed in had a great view of the Dome and the Piazza de la Republica. Great bed, the room and bathroom are impecable. Claudio even gave us his recommendation of restaurants and places to go at night. The restaurant we had dinner at was so good we had to repeat again the second night. If you are planning to stay in Florence, don't think about it. This is the place. Great price, great view from the room, brand new rooms, excellent service, and a step away from all the points of interest in Florence. Claudio is about to open another b&b close to the Dome. Check it out with him. The best of luck Claudio!

excelente es más que un bed and breakfast, Claudio es excelente te hace sentir mejor que en tu casa, tiene excelente ubicación, una vista increible, muy limpio y mas que todo acogedor. altamente recomendable!!!!
