Located in the lively San Niccolò neighbourhood in a street with the flavour of the old Florence in front of the green Michelangelo hill with a panorama that will make You feel You are in the Chianti shire. The neighbourhood is rich with typical Florentine restaurants, bars and cafes and is located just few minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, to Palazzo Pitti, to the Duomo or to the Uffizi Gallery and the historical centre, walking along the romantic Lungarnos or the silent Michelangelo hill. It is also strategically located for excursions outside Florence due to its proximity to the highway. The charming Guesthouse consists in few bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a communal living room. The decoration was carried by a well known interior designer with attention to every detail.

Rooms: big, clean, warm, nice and romantic; Place: beautiful position, romantic view, near to the center (10 minuts) and to the San Niccolo's neighborhood (2 minuts); Service: better than a 5 stars hotel, both for the bed and breakfast matter, and for the guide of the city of Florence; full availability of mangers/owners 24 hours per day and full flexibility. Quality/price standing: excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Michelangelo with my boyfriend. Very cozy and sweet, clean, bright and cheery. The staff was very helpful and suggested some excellent restaurants and places to visit. Fantastic view from our balcony, where we ate breakfast. Great romantic get-away :)

Hi everyone, we arrived in Florence for our romantic getaway from Paris, France. Niccolò and the staff were very helpfull with information and restaurant suggestions for every evening. Had breakfast in the terrace facing the hill, very peacefull. We walked every day to all major monuments and at night car is not needed. Very convenient location. Hope we can do this again soon. Will be back for Xmas! Ciao.

Kim and I took a two-day jaunt to Florence, from Rome, and stayed with Niccolo at the Michelangelo B&B. It was delightful; very clean, air conditioned and picturesque. Niccolo was so friendly, and full of information! We stayed only two nights, but wished it could have been the entire week!

By Car: Take the exit Firenze Certosa from highway A1, follow for Firenze centro along Via Senese for about 4 km, turn right at the traffic light in Via del Gelsomino, at the next traffic light keep going straight until you cross Viale Galileo, make a right and follow the Viale, pass Piazzale Michelangelo and after about 1,5 km at the traffic light make a left and turn right in Via Ser Ventura Monachi 7.

Then from the famous stairs of Le Rampe behind Piazza Ferrucci starts Via Ser Ventura Monachi, we are at number 7.
