Cimatori Bed and Breakfast is on the 2nd floor of an historic building therefore there is no lift.

All bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, double glazed windows, safety deposit boxes, telephone and an internet port.

We have rooms that offer a varied range of occupancy but never exceeding a quadruple. You also have a choice of bed; you may have either one queen size bed or twin beds. All of our rooms are tastefully furnished with quiet elegance and all sport the original wooden beamed ceiling.

On a map, if you draw a line from the DUOMO to SIGNORIA SQUARE : WE ARE JUST AT MID-LINE!

About directions:
We are about a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station ( the main train station ) : you may walk if you do not have heavy luggage. From the train station there are taxis and buses. The price for a Taxi is around 10.00 Euro.

If you decide to take the Electric Bus ‘A’
When you get off your train, continue walking straight ahead through the ticketing office ( Salone Biglietteria), and outside the bus stop is on the other side of the wall in front of you.
Wait at the bus sign for bus ‘A’ ; Dante Alighieri street is one of the scheduled stops on this route (the bus stop is right in front of our front door .
Remember to buy your tichet before you get on the bus: you can but it at the Tourist Information office or at the Snack shop in the ticketing office.

If you decide to walk it’s easy..... : From the main train station walk all along VIA PANZANI which becomes VIA CERRETANI until you reach the Cathedral; turn right. You will find yourself on VIA CALZAIUOLI, Florence’s “main drag”. After about three blocks, you'll find VIA DE' TAVOLINI on your left. Tavolini is long one block, and becomes Via Dante Alighieri, our street. and at the no. 14 there’s a sign: 'CIMATORI GUEST HOUSE '. You have arrived!

In the case of a "NO-SHOW" the full payment will be charged to the credit card number given if the guest does not show up and does not inform us by fax of this matter.
