This bed and breakfast is really pretty but a little expensive in relation with their operational system. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pretty, the breakfast is great. But as staff is concern and as guest pleasure and relax is concern I didnt like at all. You have no assistance, because at least during my stay was no personal around what so ever, only the cleaning lady who didnt know what to answer about anything. They have a very strict clean schedule from 10 to 12 (and breakfast till 9:30) so no thinking on resting in your room in the morning, for the price of the rooms are so not worth it the stress (the cleaning lady annoyed us to leave the room 3 times from 10 to 11 am so she could clean it). And I thought it was absurd that the check out was at 10am. I do realize its a bed and breakfast but is such a high price for the inconvenience, after all Iam a guest and beside the will of knowing the city I also want to relax during my stay and that was not possible at this bed and breakfast.

Nice hotel, with a very good location, quiet rooms and friendly staff. But no WiFi (although ethernet connection), the mattress are too soft and the breakfast doesn't match the standing

Black 5 is a unique amazing boutique hotel in florence center. Staff is very helpful and rooms are wondrfully furnisched. Daily bufet breakfast helps you to start the day with hot croassaint and fresh fruit. Sant Croce and most of important museums are around the place and never need taxi or buses. we´ll choose for sure Black 5 for our next stay in an amazing city as florence

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B con una coppia di nostri amici, Marco e Silvia, e devo riconoscere che Firenze è bellissima ma se riesci a dormire bene ed ha essere coccolato nel tuo riposo, tutto ciò che durante la giornata successiva riesci e vedere, è decisamente più bello.
