Vasari double room. Wonderful double room located on the first floor, it consists of double bedroom with frescoed ceiling and bathroom and a little entrance hall. Two large windows offer a wide and bright overlooking of Calimaruzza street and Piazza della Signoria and the presence of the luxurious finishes of the ceiling frames and furniture allow the creation of a comfortable and luxurious place dedicated to the artist and the great historian who lived between the '400 and '500 to which the famous "Vasarian Corridor" has been entitled to in the Uffizi Gallery in Palazzo Pitti.

B&B La Signoria di Firenze stands in the heart of Florence, 20 metres away from Piazza della Signoria, in the historical Calimaruzza street and in the charming scenery of the center of Florence. The Palace, which houses the b&b, is located at a stone's throw from the main attractions and museums of the city, in the street joining Piazza della Signoria with a small market square known as Loggia del Porcellino. The restoration, to develop the La Signoria di Firenze respected the structure and nature of the building. Were kept in the old decorations on the ceilings. All the floors are precious Tuscan oak. The furnitures that characterize the apartment, also in the style chosen for the decoration of the baths, are in perfect harmony with the set and the typical Florentine style.

Hospitality at La Signoria di Firenze was exceptional as Luciano and Luciana have obviously found their calling in taking care of visitors. Everything we needed, and suggestions for things we didn't even know yet that we needed, were generously offered.

As soon as we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The owners are extremely hospitable, and Tomasso speaks awesome English & helped us plan an excellent itinerary for our brief visit to Florence. If we go to Florence again, we would certainly stay here. You guys rock!
