IL CIELO B&B is situated in the heart of Florence on the 3th floor of an old tipical florentine
building, only 250 m from the central train station, 200 m from the renowned central market
S. Lorenzo, 450mt from the famous cathedral (S. Maria del fiore) and little more from the most
important museums and art-galleries of Florence. Everything is comfortably within walking
distance.
Our guests will find our rooms, all of which are obviously airconditioned, very comfortable and
welcoming.
Special attention is paid to the interior design and we are sure our gests will appreciate all small
details of the Il Cielo B&B.
The living room is fully equipped with digital TV, wireless internet, all sorts of books, magazines,
dvd films and a various games , guaranteeing our gests a possibility of relaxing after all the
sightseeing.
It must also be mentioned that a very special attention is paid to our breakfast that includes
among other things tasteful sicilian pastries, and a wide selection of the finest teas.
The prices of our rooms vary from 40 to 70 € and may change during certain periods.

    BY FOOT
    From the Station of St. Maria Novella (Centrale): it's a 5 minute walk. From
    the main exit turn into via Nazionale, the second road to the left is Via
    Faenza.

    From AIRPORT
    Taxi - about 12 minutes
    Bus - about 25 minutes - n°62.

    BY TRAIN
    From Stazione Santa Maria Novella you will arrive on foot after only 5
    minutes (350 meters). Take the exit on the left for Piazza Adua, keep on
    your left and continue on Piazza Adua, after about 60 meters take Via
    Bernardo Cennini and continue until you come across Via Faenza. Turn on
    your right and you will have arrived, B & B Il Cielo stands at no. 79.

    BY CAR
    Follow directions for the Center and then for Stazione - Fortezza da Basso.
    After the underpass of Fortezza da Basso take Viale Spartaco Lavagnini
    and turn right at the first traffic light on Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria
    and continue straight up to Santa Maria Novella Station. Turn right at the
    light and after 100 meters turn right again at Piazza Adua and just across
    from it, take Via Cennini. At the end turn right, after 20 meters you will find
    B & B Il Cielo at number 79.
