The B&B at Sant Antonio Convent has been made possible thought the hardwork of Giampiero and his daughters Greta and Sofia. Through recent renovations and restoration they have created a place of unique beauty and style which they wish to share with their guests. At one time a convent, this historic building resulting from the restoration of a 1600's church is located in the heart of the city and only a few steps from the city center, Duomo, and lakefront. While the outside has retained a rustic and provincial look, if you step inside you are greeted by a charming understated luxury.

Umberto e Sandra

Only 200 meters away from the dome, the center of the old town and the lakeside, but still as quiet as you can imagine, this B&B is a good place to stay a few days in Como and explore the city. It's not the cheapest one maybe, but the beautifully furnished and comfortable rooms in this renovated old convent/church, the excellent and rich breakfast buffet and the very friendly and helpful owner are worth its price. We will come again! A.E. and R.B., Switzerland

Da Olga e Giampiero abbiamo passato un fantastico we al lago !!!! Giro in motoscafo, passeggiata in montagna e partita a tennis... Ma la vera sorpresa sono stati i nostri ospiti, allegri ed affascinanti, entusiasti del loro nuovo progetto e della location così centrale, raffinata e glamour.... Arrivederci... Mary & Gim

My personal experience in this new and fresh B&B was simply outstanding. It perfectly reflected the essence of the family and the history of the place. The location was central and in walking distance for everything you need for a holiday in Como. The room was very clean, beautifully furnished with antique and classy furniture. Even if it has recently opened it seams that the family really knows how to treat customers, they were really friendly and helpful. One day we fancied going out for a bike ride and they kindly drew a map and suggested beautiful places. Breakfast was perfectly suited to what we preferred which was unexpected and unusual for B&Bs. I would definitely go again and truly recommend it.

Just 200 meters away from the dome, the center of the old town and the lakeside, but still as quiet as you can imagine, with beautifully furnished and very comfortable rooms and a rich breakfast buffet in the morning: this is a great place to stay for a few days in Como and to discover the city! Very friendly and helpful owner who has put a lot of effort in the (inward) renovation of the house, part of an old church/convent. Highly recommendable! A.E. and R.B., Switzerland
