Surrounded by lush apple orchards of Val di Non and by the most beautiful peaks on the horizon, the Farmhouse Al Cermolo is situated in an optimal location for those seeking peace and tranquility, healthiness and sport activities.
The building, recently constructed, was designed and manufactured to the most modern and orthodox bio-architectural criteria that allowed the creation of a healthy environment and high ecological sustainability.
The Farmhouse Al Cermolo is located in that part of Trentino that is believed to provide the best holidays, for summer and winter sport enthusiasts, and for those who just want to lazily enjoy the elation that nature offers.
Breakfast is served in an intimate and quiet environment, with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Barbara prepares a delicious and appetizing breakfast with expert craftsmanship and tradition , using only farmhouse and local products.
The Farm Mel'Alpina consists of 4 acres of land, distributed in several plots, some of which are incorporated in a dream landscape, producing only high-quality apples.
The Farmhouse Al Cermolo has 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, which offer an appropriate size to accommodate not only couples but also small families. Two of them are located on the first floor, with private bathroom and large balcony, one on the ground floor, also with bathroom and private garden.
The beneficial effects of using only natural materials like pine wood on sleep and relaxing are traditionally known for centuries. We are particularly attentive to the saving of energy through the careful isolation of environments and bio-climatic techniques for solar control. These both aim to provide at the Farmhouse "Al Cermolo" an ideal place for a healthy holiday, in harmony with nature.
At Agriturismo Al Cermolo you will find a spacious garden with sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and a specific area dedicated exclusively to a children's playground.
The interior of the rooms is completely covered in natural pine wood which is known to be capable of transmitting health and harmony. Retrieved from Pinus cembra which grows at high altitudes on the mountains of Trentino, this wood continuously releases perfumed essences that contribute to a healthy and relaxing rest.
The elegant breakfast is served in a special welcoming and refined atmosphere, allowing guests to start the day delighting the palate with crisp, freshly baked pastries, homemade jams made from local fruits, apples, apricots, raspberries and plums, yogurt, fresh bread, butter, milk, coffee, tea and last but not least the precious apple juice of Diego.

We stayed in Al Cermolo and enjoyed it very very much before we started our Dolomiti di Brenta Bike Tour and after we had terminated it. Everything was great: the beautiful lovingly furnished room with private terrace, the excellent and perfect breakfast and especially Barbara with her cordial hospitality, helpfulness and cheerfulness. We had 2 great days staying with Barbara and Diego. Their house is very chic, cool and comfortable and their welcome warm and charming! Must mention the huge and delicious breakfasts too - a perfect way to start a day of walking and discovering the local area. From either north or south use the Brennero motorway (A22) and exit at "San Michele Adige" and from there head towards Val di Non, reaching Cles (25 km) and the square with the parish Church on the right. Just before the church turn right and follow the road to Maiano: after passing the level crossing, take the first right, Via Friena. After about 200 meters on the left you will see the sign and the big gate of the Farmhouse "Al Cermolo". A big welcome awaits you!
