The Bed & Breakfast is in Osteno, a typical, quiet and small village on Lake Lugano. One room is on the top floor of the main house: it has private terrace and a wonderful view over the lake. The other room is inside a detached premise located in the garden. It has private access to the garden and a veranda.

Stayed here in April 2010 three days. First time in Italy. Roads a challenge. Absolutely beautiful. 3 days and a view to treasure. Very comfortable, kitchen and small dining area, beautiful terrace with magnificent view of Osteno and Lake Lugano. Great breakfasts. WiFi a challenge then. Small staircase made it awkward to get big bags up to place, but then there is the view. Highly recommended.Would go back in a shot. Greg Lane and Claire Horgan South Australia Australia
