Arriving at Castellina in Chianti follow the road Chiantigiana (road 222) untill you get to a “big” crossing, turn to the left at the sign to San Donato in Poggio, follow this road for a few hundred metres until you see the sign to SAN MARTINO, turn on the right and follow the untarred road for 300 metres.

At the airport take the A11 (Firenze-Mare, direction Pisa), follow the sign to the Autoroute A1 (Autostrada del Sole-A1) direction Roma, take this road (direction Roma) and exit at FIRENZE-CERTOSA, then, after the toll, turn to the right to SIENA (Raccordo Autostradale Firenze-Siena, Siena 4 corsie), follow this road untill you reach the exit SAN DONATO (20 km from Certosa), turn to the left along the Strada Provinciale di San Donato (road SP101-SP76a) to San Donato in Poggio and Castellina in Chianti direction (another 13 km to Castellina in Chianti), a few hundred metres before to reach Castellina in Chianti you will see the sign to SAN MARTINO, turn on the left and follow the untarred road for 300 metres.
