Casa Latini is a 13th century restored village property inside the village of Casperia, opened in 2000 and is used as accommodation for a leading Yoga and Holiday vacation company Sunflower Retreats. When not used for the weekly vacations the rooms can be rented for independent B&B stays.Casa Latini is decorated and designed in a boutique style & is simply and beautifully furnished with an asian and meditterian influence, the property has 2 suites both with independent access, twin room and private lounges and ensuite bathrooms, one of the suites has a bathroom converted in an historic 1000 year old cave. The other 2 rooms are ensuite loft rooms , Casa Latini has self catering facilities and a communal lounge and spectacular terrace with breathtaking views of the Sabina central Italy landscape and sunsets each evening
