Villa Lia is located in the basement of an elegant villa near the sea, has its own entrance with 2 car spaces, a veranda where you can cook on the barbecue, dining, furnished with chairs, table and chairs. It also has a convenient outside shower when you return from the beach. It has three bedrooms: a master bedroom complete, a second bedroom with two double beds, a third bedroom with two double beds, which can add another two folding beds for a total of 12 beds. It has two full bathrooms. It has a living room large kitchen complete with pots, cutlery, plates, glasses. Also comes with everything you need for cleaning and routine maintenance.Property is not subject to energy certification.
