    The B&B Maria Chiara is a brand new Bed and Breakfast which has opened in Cagliari in a villa renovated in June 2009 authorized by Cagliari City Council No. 163606 of 23/07/2009. Situated in the Pirri Area, a short distant away from the Public Park Monte Claro and of the Castle of San Michele, near the main city hospitals, ideally situated to reach the Old Town, the beautiful beach of Poetto and the main centres of the surrounding hinterland of Cagliari and Sardinia. The house is welcoming and comfortable, with a youthful, family and discreet environment, ideal for those who must stay in Cagliari on business or on holiday, in a quiet area well served by public transport, with many services nearby, away from the bustle of the city centre. The B&B Mariachiara has 3 spacious single, twin, double or triple rooms and very spacious common areas, in particular a lounge and a garden. Each room contains bedside tables, a large wardrobe with central mirror door, a table with two chairs. Inside the wardrobe is a safe with combination lock. Futhermore it has a mini-bar, an LCD Wall TV with digital decoder integrated, air-conditioning and an access to the Internet through Wi-Fi connection using their own computer.
