Villa Santa Rosa is located in the Gessi park on the hills of Bologna. The masion was built in the 19th century and is surrounded by a beautiful gardenof 3000 square meters with secular trees.
A gazebo and veranda are at our guests' disposal fo breakfastan for cocktails or just for relax.
Parking inside the property is available.
The main entrance of the Villa is directly on the garden and it is adorned with ancient frescos.
Guest's rooms are on the first floor, where a large sitting-room with balcony is available for reading or resting. The whole floor is enriched with precious parquet.
The bedrooms are three all of them with garden view. Each room has private bathroom, quensize ded and the possibility of an extra single bed.
All bedrooms are large with ample windows and are furnished with TV.
Bathrooms have both bath-tib and shower, hair dryer and curtesy-service.Towels are changed every days, while sheet are changed every two days.

Continental breakfast is served in a worm and cosy diving-room with fireplace during the winter; and in a confortable gazebo in the shadow during the smmer season.
Villa Santa Rosa is ideal place for both work-stay or vacation, in the quiteness of the country, but still close to downtown Bologna and to the fair-block.
It is easily reachable and it is about 3km from the highway exit.
