In a liberty villa in the early colli bolognesi, at 2 km from the City Centre (Piazza Maggiore, 10 minutes by bus, 20 minutes walk), we offer three double bedrooms each with private bathroom, independent. Two rooms have independent access by a green and tranquil garden; one of these has a convenient kitchenette. The third bedroom is located on the first floor of the villa in an independent apartment with bathroom and kitchen. The villa is situated in via San Vittore, at the beginning of the hilly area surrounded by public parks of Villa Ghigi and Rizzoli hospital, private parks, trails, who discover an unusual contiguous to Bologna, valuable historic centre, green and silent.
