The structure is situated in one of the most characteristic streets of the historical centre where they used to meet local artists. Today is still characterised by the presence of numerous pubs and taverns, where to taste wines and typical bolognese cuisine. Thanks to its strategic location, just 10 minutes ' walk from Piazza Maggiore, but at the same time, the close proximity to the walls can easily find parking. Also there is the possibility to take advantage of a parking area just 1 euro/day. The rooms are equipped with TV and wifi connection.

From the train station get the bus line 21 and take off at 6th bus stop which is the 2nd bust stop in via Sant'Isaia than walking few minutes to via del Pratello. We Are at end of via Del Pratello in front of the market shop '' COOP''. Moreover the apart it's about 20 min by walk from the train station.
