Best view in this town, that's what you are going to get, if you get a seaside room. (I'm not sure if there are other than seaside-rooms) Very friendly family-run place, near the tunnel between Amalfi and Atrani, so if you come by bus it's very convinient. Room was one of the best of my life. Sunny seaview (almost on the sea!), bright colours and nice decoration. Luxury with a reasonible price. Good Italian breakfast (a home made croissant, coffee/tea, youghurt, juice).

The mysterious dark medieval streets of Amalfi only a short walk away and the bright sea and rocks just outside your window. Our hosts were as helpful as one can imagine, even occupying a rare unmetered parking space to turn over to us when we arrived. This is a special place at a very reasonable price, open and cheerful even out of season.

We spent three wonderful nights at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The private room and bath were impeccably clean and comfortable. Our room included a computer with Internet and a TV. But the best part was the balcony overlooking the sea. Stunning! Breakfast included fresh croissants, baked goods, jams, yogurt and delicious coffee and tea. Our host, Signore Pino, was a very sweet and kind man, who also speaks French very well. He and his wife and sons were very helpful with suggesting places to visit and answering our questions. We felt so at ease with this family, it was like a home away from home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a holiday in heaven! You will not want to go home! I hope to return one day and stay at La Scogliera again.
