VILLA BALESTRA SUITES - 4 SUITES or THE WHOLE VILLA - This ancient farmhouse is situated on a quiet location in the hills surrounding the city of Arezzo and offers a wide view of the Chiana valley. The wilderness lot surrounding the house is completely fenced-in and includes a round swimming pool. The lawn with its seating arrangements is accessible from the kitchen. The second floor (attic) includes two double bedrooms; one has a shower bathroom with difficult access for elderly people. The house is comfortably decorated with its terracotta floor and various antiques. The historical old town of Arezzo is close-by, as well as Lake Trasimeno and Florence. Casentino with its characteristic and famous villages Chiusi della Verna, Camaldoli and Badia Preataglia is about an hour drive away. Parking for 2/3 cars. B&B & housekeeping are included.
VILLA PAOLA was born 5 yeats ago, next to Villa Balestra. 110 squared meters (121 yards), with a large COMMON DINING / LIVING ROOM - with TV, chimney and 2 doors to the garden, kitchen corner with fridge & freezer. TV in all rooms, 4th room is with 2 single beds. All rooms have their independent bathrooms, from the main corridor. I bathroom has its washing machine. With CENTRAL, ADJUSTABLE HEATING. Parking for 2/3 cars. Breakfast and regular house keeping included.

If you cancel your booking 5 days BEFORE your arrival date you will loose your BOOKING DEPOSIT.
