At Poggio del Drago B&B we love to make our guests feel like friends and not as tourists. A few days in a relaxing place, with all comforts, but at the same time so close to an uncontaminated nature, being able to appreciate a starry sky like those that you are rarely able to see, a magic silence and a romantic atmosphere. It’s because of these reasons that our B&B is especially suitable for couples and families who want to spend a special holiday and forget the stress of everyday life. A swimming pool has been recently opened. It has a wonderful view over the valley and over Pergine Valdarno.

I've spent three days at Cioni's family run B&B Poggio del Drago. They were so kind to me and have created a real gem in Arezzo country side. Nice rooms with view on the garden and a real park surrounding the stone house. I'll definetely be back, maybe in June when the pool will be ready... Ask Emanuele about the "Fei", he will tell you an incredible story!

Directions to property:
Poggio del Drago B&B is located in Civitella in Val di Chiana, 600 metres far from the provincial road that connects Arezzo with Valdarno, between Ponticino and Pieve a Maiano, 9 kms far from Arezzo. For those coming from Valdarno, go pass the village of Ponticino, after 1 km turn right and continue 600 meters on the country road (easily drivable and with signs). For those coming from Arezzo, 2 kms after Pieve a Maiano, turn left and keep the country road as before. For those coming from A1 Milano-Napoli, exit Arezzo, continue towards the city, exit Ponte a Chiani. Follow the signs for Montevarchi (SP 69), go pass Indicatore, Pieve a Maiano and after 2 kms you will find our signs on the left. Our B&B is about 10 kms far from the highway exit.
