TURIANG ' HOUSE is an exclusive structure from modern architecture but careful to tradition, composed of 5 independent apartments in villa with 2 pools and garden partly with pine forest. TURIANG ' HOUSE is situated a short distance from the Sporting and the seaside village of San Nicola L'Arena with its well-equipped marina is destination for yachtsmen and sailboat engine operating in the Mediterranean. Today in San Nicola L'arena you can rent dinghies and boats, or moor your boat. The villa is located 18 km from Palermo and its location allows you to visit the city, some of the most beautiful resorts of Sicily, Monreale, Cefalù, the Madonie Park, San Vito Lo Capo, the reserve of Capo Gallo, the Archaeological Park of Solunto. The apartments, all with private bathroom kitchen living room and bedrooms from the Studio in the portion of villa for 17 persons, are furnished with simplicity and modernity, and are approximately 700 mt from the sea, in a residential and quiet holiday.
