    The studio is located a couple of kilometres away from the town of Alassio and is inside a Vacation Park of 80, 000 sqm full of pine, cypress and olive trees. The studio is situated on the top floor of the Riviera building which also has 1 bedroom apartments. The studio has a kitchenette, TV 22 LCD, free Wi-Fi, telephone, A/C, heating, private balcony. All our furniture is made to measure and is very well maintained. The studio has 2 sofa beds (each sofa has 2 beds inside). The balcony has 2 chairs where you can view the beautiful Gallinara island. Inside the Vacation Park you can find a restaurant/pizzeria, bar, mini market (all open from Easter to Oct 1), a tennis court, children's playground, volley and basketball court. Just 100 m from the apartments is the beach. You have 2 choices: a beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas or a public beach which is free.

      Monti e Mare is located on a hill overlooking the sea between Alassio (5km) and Albenga (2km). A bus service (every 30 min) with stops along the Aurelia road under the Park joins Monti e Mare with the two seaside resorts. By plane or by car From Genoa (70km), follow the green signals for the Genoa-Ventimiglia motorway, exit Albenga direction Ventimiglia. After the toll booth, follow signals for the panoramic route of Alassio. From the airport of Nice, follow the blue signs for the motorway of Genes, cross the barrier French / Italian and then follow the green motorway signs in the direction of Genoa, exit Albenga. From Milan Malpensa airport, follow the green signs for the Milan-Varese motorway towards Milan. Then take the A4 motorway for Genoa, proceed to the A10 Genoa-Ventimiglia direction Ventimiglia, exit Albenga. After the toll booth, follow signs for Albenga and then Alassio . After 3 km you will find a tunnel and after 3 curves (1Km) on your right, well marked, you'll find the Holiday Park Monti e Mare. By plane and train From Genoa you can take a taxi to the Principe railway station and take the fast train to Albenga and Alassio; arrived at the station you can take a taxi to Monti e Mare. From Nice airport you have to go to Nice central station and take the train that goes to Italy, preferably to Genoa or Milan and Turin. Make sure that the train stops at Alassio or Albenga. From Milan Malpensa airport take the bus Malpensa Express to Milan Central Station, where you will find several trains going towards Ventimiglia. Get off in Alassio or Albenga or and take a taxi to Monti e Mare.
