    Can't wait to go back

    What a wonderful experience! The Inn is steeped in history and beautiful yet you are provided all the modern conveniences. Dorothy and Stewart are just wonderful and the food is so delicious! They are wonderful hosts and willing to do anything to help make your stay one that you will remember for a long time and want to go back to as soon as possible. I am gluten intolerant and they provided gluten free meals for me. I can't say enough about them and their wonderful inn. I have not slept that well in years!

    Quick Getaway

    My husband and I chose this B&B on a whim while on a spur of the moment getaway for our 5th anniversary. Let me say we were not dissappointed. We called after 6 that evening for a reservation and they were more than pleasant. After we stopped and had dinner and finally headed that way we realized we wouldnt' be there until almost 10pm. We called to let them know and it wasn't a problem at all. We stayed in the Garden Room and wow was it beautiful. Every room in the house will amaze you. the attention to detail is amazing. And breakfast... wow what can I say here? It was out of this world. Oatmeal french toast with sharp cheddar cheese and eggs on top. It was an explosion of flavor. The grilled peaches OMG!! The potatoes and mushrooms Wow!! And of course the apple smoked bacon. Awesome. We hope to go back again sometime. Very highly recommended :)

    A Beautiful Stay

    What a novel idea, a reading themed Bed and Breakfast! The room was beautiful (we stayed in the Garden Room), the owners were friendly and available, and the breakfasts were AMAZING! I wish we had been there later in the spring to see the garden in bloom. Real (not gas) fires and a jacuzzi tub for two made this the perfect romantic getaway. Numerous ‘small touches’ throughout the house made it friendly and inviting. A great, ‘Green’, place to get away for a while.

    Intimate, take you away!

    Readmore Bed and Breakfast was by far the most historical and amazing B&B I have ever visited. The house itself takes you back in time because of the beautiful preservation, and at the same time offers all modern amenities. The caretakers were wonderful, warm and inviting. The food was gourmet and delicious! The overall feeling of the B&B was relaxing and comfortable. My husband and I will make a yearly habit out of visiting Readmore, making it a part of tradition!
