  • Buona Sera Cottage is a downstairs unit. Queen bed with small jacuzzi tub/hand held shower.
    Buona Sera is on the left. Bellissimo is the Studio Loft on the right, with a private entrance around back. The Bicycles are complimentary to ride down Ranch Road 1, which travels along the river!
    Buona Sera's Queen size bed is opposite the fireplace with the TV on the mantle.
    There is a coffee/tea bar equiped with dishes, wine and champagne glasses, wine bucket, silverware and coffee cups. A small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave top it all off.

    Looking out from the covered patio to our peach trees and spaceous backyard. The firepit is a flower pit during the summer and a roaring fire during the winter!

    Anniversary Get-Away at Bellesimo

    Truly a place you want to stay for comfort, peace and delicious breakfast. Just around the corner is Hwy 1 that takes you through LBJ State Park and within a few minutes of Fredericksburg shopping and dining. The First Friday Art Walk was fabulous especially this time of year (May), and the galleries personnel were so friendly and personable. Loved meeting and speaking with the artists about their creations and the stories that inspired them....just as The Italian Place inspired us to be sure and return again for another visit. Sweet people that truly care about your comfort and welcome you with open arms.

    Charming B&B in the Hill Country

    This charming B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood in Stonewall, TX, just a short drive from Fredericksburg. This B&B allowed me to make a reservation for one night where most B&Bs in the Fredericksburg area, hotels included, require a minimum of a two night stay on weekends. I highly recommend taking advantage of the two bicycles they offer for a leisurely and picturesque ride down RR 1 along the Pedernales River to LBJ State Park. Be sure to enjoy some wine under the stars. If you have the opportunity, drive into Fredericksburg for an authentic German meal, but definitely take advantage of Amber's breakfast! The location of the B&B makes access to all of the wineries along 290 very easy. I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend in the Hill Country.

    Excellent all around

    I'm not much for reviews, but this was worth it. We had a great time. Our only regret was the same as everyone else: we didn't stay longer! The area is beautiful and peaceful, the wineries were wonderful and DO NOT MISS Garrison Bros. Distillery down the road. The room itself was impeccable, the patio was relaxing and the area was very quiet. Overall had an excellent time and would recommend to anyone.

    Passing through area and only needed room for one night. Nice to find B&B that didn't require 2 night minimum. Felt like we were staying with good friends and would definitely recommend it.

    Cottage di calcare il nostro primo piano ha un angolo cottura, camino, vasca idromassaggio e un letto matrimoniale. La TV è situata sulla mantel camino. Quando il tempo si immerge sotto 45, il camino avrà un firelog. Per tempertures sopra 45, abbiamo candele in camino. Il letto matrimoniale ha due cuscini ipoallergenica, due cuscini di piuma e un 2 "memoria schiuma mattress topper. La vasca idromassaggio ha un ugello doccia a mano. Sono ammessi animali sotto 20 libbre con una fossa di scolo portatile. Si amano esplorare e giocare nell'area grande cortile. House Keeping non è disponibile.

    Questo loft ha a crociera soffitti con travi in legno, ventilatore a soffitto, TV grande, cucina completa e un confortevole king size bed. Un salotto con divano full size consente ai nostri ospiti di rilassarsi mentre si guarda la TV. Il bagno accogliente dispone di una piccola doccia piastrellata. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti e amore per esplorare o giocare nell'area spaceous back yard. Le coppie che viaggiano insieme troveranno spazio per cenare e appendere fuori nel Bellissimo o sul patio all'aperto. House Keeping non è disponibile. Nota: Questo Loft ha scale

    We stayed one night at the Italian Place for our anniversary weekend. The room was beautiful and clean. Amber made us feel welcomed as soon as we got there. The breakfast was great. We are definitely going back, great getaway!

    Wonderful place for a weekend getaway!

    My husband and I went to The Italian Place for a get away. Once we got there, we loved it so much, we decided to stay another night. The place is cozy and clean and the owners were so sweet! There are a lot of places to hang out outside. I loved that it was a dog friendly place. It is very close to the wineries. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to relax.

    We had a wonderful experience at The Italian Place. We booked at The Italian Place because it was the ONLY B&B in the Hill Country that allows you to book for a single night. Next time, we will stay for at least 2 nights!!! Andrea
