    The Danville School room is the original room that was used until 1989 as a music room at the Comal Independent School District at Solms. The floor, walls and windows are all original. The windows were painted the basic colors to teach the children the colors and the raised stage by the chalkboard has been warn down marking places where children walked to the stage to recite the alphabet or a poem. The school was a one-room school, so there were a mixture of classes and ages. Discipline was expected and enforced with love and a stiff pattle. This schoolhouse is in a class of its own, the Danville Schoolhouse.

    The Danville Schoolhouse is an original 1863 one-room schoolhouse that was purchased in 1990 and moved here. It now has 5 separate bedrooms and 5 baths. Nightly room rates range from $125-$225 for 2 per night. Rent a single room or the whole building. Sleeps 2 to 14 people. Rates include our wonderful large candlelight breakfast brunch beginning at 9 am.     Our large candlelight breakfast brunch is served in the main house, the Kuebler Waldrip Haus building, beginning at 9 am. We serve family style so we suggest that all of our guests come at the same time. Breakfast is best when it is served hot, so come hungry. Many of our guests tell us that our breakfast is "lunch prevention". Guests can have more free time and get more done ... wineries, shopping, and specialty shopping.

    Went on a girls trip to New Braunfels from 6/29-7/1 and had an amazing time! By chance we ended up at the Historic Kuebler Waldrip Haus and I am SO glad we did! There were 3 of us staying at the Haus and they put us up in the Gilbeau room. It was perfect for us with a queen sized bed and a twin. The room was so spaceous! The bathroom had two sinks and the toilet/shower/bath were in a separate room. Darrell was kind enough to wait up for our arrival at 10p on Friday night, and they did not charge us for coming in late (I was shocked and grateful!). He kindly helped us with our luggage and got us all settled in. We went down to the common room to make a few cocktails (we brought our own) and to our surprise there was a mini wine bar set up as well as all of the Blue Bell icecream anyone could want to eat. Even though the main house was full, we really felt like we were the only ones there (until breakfast, that is). I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The breakfast...don't even get me started! It was all homemade goodness. We didn't eat lunch because of how full we were. Table service, and all. I was also VERY impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the house itself. Spick and span! Mrs. Waldrip chatted us up and breakfast and was so warm and inviting. You can really tell that people are her passion and this little place is her slice of heaven. LOCATION: We wanted to go into Gruene and not have to drive far to get back to the Haus and it was just the best, you're right in the middle of everything, without being right SMACK dab in the middle of it. 7 minutes to Gruene, 15 minutes into downtown New Braunfels. It was perfect. Again, I cannot stress how much we enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to take my husband!!

    This place is awesome! My husband and I just stayed the weekend for our anniversary and it was great. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were clean and quiet. Thinking about bringing our whole family next time. This is the place to stay!

    WE loved our stay. We were made to feel so welcome from beginning to end. The property is historic and relaxing. There is no way to describe breakfast. Unbelievable. We will definately stay there again. We encourage any one looking to stay at this beautiful home with such nice owners. Robin and Ricky

Il bagno accessibile ai disabili ha una doccia con spazio per una sedia, abito bar e doccia idromassaggio. Le coppie o sposi rilassarsi in una vasca grande idromassaggio meraviglioso blu e bianco marmo fatta solo per 2 aiutare la ricarica, relax e ricostruire la vostra mente, corpo o matrimonio. Solo ciò che "mamma Dr" ordinato! Una stanza tranquilla per 2 o una camera familiare amichevole per fino a 4. I genitori possono rilassarsi e riposarsi mentre i bambini giocano con i nostri gatti o giocano con un gioco al piano inferiore nella nostra sala comune.     La sala di Guilbeau è una meravigliosa sala al piano di sopra con tappeto morbido, una porta unica di taglio inclinato con qualche storia, meravigliosamente grande bagno (con un doppio lavello vanità e una vasca e doccia), calore, AC, TV/videoregistratore e cucina accesso (siamo spiacenti, nessun portico). Siete di destra sopra la cucina, in modo da ottenere per l'odore di caffè e colazione prima di colazione e caffè. Questa camera dispone di una regina e 1 twin bed, la possibilità di associare ad altre stanze (Katherines attico e Hillside Hideaway). Ospiti dicono che questo "meraviglioso family room è come camminare indietro nel tempo in Little House sulla Prairie". Un'Unione di superfici di stile antico con soffici cuscini bianchi copre il letto mentre morbido tappeto al piano. La camera è dotata di una sedia a dondolo. Uno dei nostri 8 gatti possa visitare il portico mentre si stanno avendo il caffè del mattino.     Went on a girls trip to New Braunfels from 6/29-7/1 and had an amazing time! By chance we ended up at the Historic Kuebler Waldrip Haus and I am SO glad we did! There were 3 of us staying at the Haus and they put us up in the Gilbeau room. It was perfect for us with a queen sized bed and a twin. The room was so spaceous! The bathroom had two sinks and the toilet/shower/bath were in a separate room. Darrell was kind enough to wait up for our arrival at 10p on Friday night, and they did not charge us for coming in late (I was shocked and grateful!). He kindly helped us with our luggage and got us all settled in. We went down to the common room to make a few cocktails (we brought our own) and to our surprise there was a mini wine bar set up as well as all of the Blue Bell icecream anyone could want to eat. Even though the main house was full, we really felt like we were the only ones there (until breakfast, that is). I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The breakfast...don't even get me started! It was all homemade goodness. We didn't eat lunch because of how full we were. Table service, and all. I was also VERY impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the house itself. Spick and span! Mrs. Waldrip chatted us up and breakfast and was so warm and inviting. You can really tell that people are her passion and this little place is her slice of heaven. LOCATION: We wanted to go into Gruene and not have to drive far to get back to the Haus and it was just the best, you're right in the middle of everything, without being right SMACK dab in the middle of it. 7 minutes to Gruene, 15 minutes into downtown New Braunfels. It was perfect. Again, I cannot stress how much we enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to take my husband!!

    This place is awesome! My husband and I just stayed the weekend for our anniversary and it was great. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were clean and quiet. Thinking about bringing our whole family next time. This is the place to stay!

    WE loved our stay. We were made to feel so welcome from beginning to end. The property is historic and relaxing. There is no way to describe breakfast. Unbelievable.     This was only my second time staying at a B&B and I rate this one as excellent in most respects of the services provided. They could use updated TV's in their rooms and the snacks could have been a little better.

    The Place to Stay!!

    Wow what an awesome place!! My best friend and I stayed there last week and what a great stay it was! We stayed in the East Room because with two guys the pull out sofa would work good, which it did. The room was cozy and perfect for 2 college guys to hangout in town and party till late and then have a good place to sleep. Breakfast was amazing, we only wish we had more time to enjoy the food more and we will make more time next year! Margaret is a wonderfull Innkeeper and we both loved talking to her and the other guests at breakfast and making new friends! Darrell was great showing us around and he made these great little bite sized truffle things that were available in the common area. All in all a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back!!

Mettere uno scoop di Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream sulla parte superiore & WOW!! È molto, molto popolare colazione piatto, molto gustosa e facile da cuocere!! Vieni a trovarci!!!
