Godere la brezza rilassante tranquilla da nostri portici con vista dei Monti fumosi che vi toglierà il fiato. Non ci crederai che siamo minuti dalle prese di Shopping, teatri e Gatlinburg. Offriamo 12 camere spaziose e una luna di miele Suite, ognuna con bagno privato e molte con caminetti e vasche idromassaggio. Ponti spaziosi con sedie a dondolo e una vista spettacolare delle montagne e le campagne circostanti. Ogni mattina alle Berry Springs Lodge si sveglierà con un aroma di una seducente colazione paese generoso. Siamo il posto perfetto per una fuga. Godetevi la fresca brezza d'estate. Coccole sotto i nostri piumini in tempo freddo. Intimo sufficiente per una luna di miele ancora in grado di ospitare feste fo fino a 50 persone per riunioni di famiglia, ricevimenti, chiese di nozze si ritira, anche riunioni aziendali. Berry Springs Lodge è dedicata a soddisfare completamente tutti gli ospiti che entrano i battenti e a fornire e l'esperienza che durerà un tempo di vita.

We stayed Nov 2nd and 3rd. I wish we could of had more time. Patrick and Sue are great innkeepers including the staff. They dont intrude, very helpful with the area. Would stay again. The view from our deck was beautiful.The hot tub is outside on the patio deck. Great at night. From our deck I saw over 30 wild turkeys. The hiking trail the fishing ponds. Just everything was great. Only one draw back. The hot tub on the deck is separated by a small wall to keep you from the other decks. So if your in the hot tub and your neighbors are also in their's. You can here the other people. Would stay here again. Again we wish we had more time to stay.

We were truly pleased with our stay at Berry Springs Lodge. Actually, we had one of the best vacations ever, thanks in part to the wonderful staff and accomodations at this Awesome B&B. The innkeepers, Patrick and Sue, could not have been nicer. The breakfasts and the evening desserts were always very special! The mountain views, especially in the early mornings were outstanding. We would highly recommend Berry Springs Lodge for your vacation! The Smiths

We got married at Berry Springs Lodge 5 years ago. We go back every year for our anniversary. The location is perfect. The little details set this place apart from others. Cleanliness is a huge deal to us and this place is spotless. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary with a last minute getaway. Our schedules had been very hectic so we did not plan far ahead as we usually do but we knew we wanted to have privacy and a beautiful place to relax. Berry Springs Lodge was an excellent surprise. Our room was emmaculent with many special added touches. The innkeepers and staff were very welcoming yet provided the privacy we were looking for. All the breakfasts were beautiful and tasty and the evening snacks were varied and wonderfully homemade. The extras of hiking trails, fishing ponds and bikes added special touches. The scenery and entire property were overwhelmingly spectacular. We have found a new favorite place to stay in the future and will definitely be back.

My husband and I recently visited Berry Springs Lodge and had a wonderful time. We were first greeted by Tracey who gave us a tour of the grounds and our room. We tried to think of all the extras to pack only to find out that they had already thought of everything. Tracey said we could have packed lighter and she was absolutely right. ¿ Tracey was extremely nice and one of the reasons we decided to reserve our next visit before we left. Melissa, Patrick and Marie were also very helpful and caring to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to meet Sue like some of the other guests, maybe next time. This was truly like your “home away from home” only more relaxing. Well worth the trip and money. My husband and I visited for our 7th year anniversary. We have stayed at many B&B's and this one by far has the best breakfasts we have ever had. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet.
