"Altho Carrie and Mark advised of an ongoing renovation in their acknowledgement, I overlooked that item when making the reservation. Upon arrival there was too much construction work going on for our taste and we requested release from our reservation. This request was granted without incident in a most cordial and compassionate manner. In fact Carrie obtained a reservation for us at another motel and Mark sealed the gracioness by furnishing us with 2 wonderful muffins. They were outstandingly gracious and when we return to Sedona we will definitely stay with Cozy Cactus. Irwin Weiner"
