    A warm welcome awaits you from Annette the proprietor. The bed and breakfast / Guest House is ideally situated on the main A9 road into Perth from Glasgow and the west. Perth centre is approx. 12 minutes walk and only 3 minute by car. The Willow House Bed and Breakfast has a variety of rooms to suit every visitor triple bedroom double bedroom twin bedroom and single bedroom. Ample onsite parking is available for several cars. The Willow House bed and breakfast is an ideal base for a short holiday break or an extended vacation. Perth is the gateway to the north and there are many local attractions. Historic buildings such as Scone Palace and Blair Castle are near. Golf courses are plentiful within Perthshire and there are the famous Gleneagles golf courses only 14 miles from Perth. Fishing is very popular along the banks of the River Tay and also on the Lochs. Horse racing at the Perth Race Course with meetings throughout the year. Drive through beautiful country scenery enjoying the views of the hills glens and lochs past the distilleries along the whisky trails. Come along see for yourself what Perth Perthshire and the surrounding area has to offer. Of course if you are up in this area base yourself at The Willow House Bed & Breakfast which is ideally located for all your sight-seeing in Perthshire or indead the whole of Scotland.

      Perth Bus Station|Bus|1|Come out of the bus station and turn right. Walk straight ahead for approx. 200 yards and you will come to Perth Library. Turn left onto Glasgow Road and Willow House is appox. half a mile up the road on the left hand side;Perth Train Station|Train|1|Come out of Perth Station and walk straight ahead for approx. 300 yards and you will come to Perth Library. Turn left and your on the Glasgow Road. Willow House is approx. half a mile up the road on your right hand side.;Aberdeen/Dundee|Road|5|Proceed over the Friarton bridge and at the end of the bridge take the slip road for Glasgow/Stirling/Inverness. You will join a motorway for approx. 3 miles where you will come to the Broxden Roundabout. Take the 3rd. exit to Perth City Centre. Keep going straight down this road for approx. 1.5 miles and Willow House is on your left hand side.;Edinburgh Turn Off for Perth A90|Road|4|Driving north on the A90 from Edinburgh Forth Road Bridge and Fife you will come to a sign post saying Perth......Inverness/Stirling/Glasgow. . . Follow signs for INVERNESS/STIRLING/GLASGOW. You will come onto a motorway for approx 2.5 miles and then come to the Broxden Roundabout where you will turn right i.e. take the 3rd. exit and continue on down the A9 road taking you into Perth City Centre. aaawae are approx 1.5 miles down this road on your left. You will see our vacancy board.;Broxden Roundabout|Road|1.5|Coming from the west and Glasgow along the A9 you will come to a large roundabout just before you enter Perth. This is the Broxden Roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and continue on down the A9 towards Perth city centre. You pass the service station on your right hand side and continue down the A9. You will come to 2 mini roundabouts please go straight on. Continue down the Glasgow Road and we are approx. half a mile down on the left hand side. You will see the Willow House Advertising Board.;
