Our 1930 charming and distintive bungalow likened to a small castle, only 1 mile to the City with 5 en-suite bedrooms offers B and B with comfort, great facilities, free WiFi, and off steet guests car parking. Our central location near to all city attractions is ideal for visiting tourists as for business guests attending conferences around the city. Our en-suite guest bedrooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard with special Scottish touches a reflection of The Scottish Board, Visit Scotland 3* Excellence Award. Our breakfast caters for all needs from Full Scottish to Vegetarian choice and Ccontinental buffet, all served in our wood panelled dining room, original feature fireplace, oak flooring, Royal Doulton bone china and silver plated cutlery, etc, etc.

  By car from North. Stay on A90 all the way. After crossing the Forth Road Bridge go straight to Barnton Junction. You are now 2 miles to us on Queensferry Road. We are on the right side approx 500 metres after the traffic light junction Craigleith and Sainsbury's store.NB. there is a road name change en route to Hillhouse Road, ignore this and carry on. By Rail.Best take taxi cost about £8.00 By bus. Go to Princes Street and take 41 or 43 to Orchard Road South, we are on the left side.
